FINANCIAL PROJECTS
Innes Construction has completed several financial building projects over the years. Whenever you are dealing with banks, you need to always keep high security on your mind. With all of the projects that we have completed, we have dealt with all of the security needs from the vaults to the security systems themselves.
CHOICE FINANCIAL
Choice Financial bank is a 18,000 square foot two story building with the bank located on the first floor and additional office rental space on the second floor. This building was constructed from CMU Masonry and shows off a unique standing seam copper roof. The design of this building makes people turn their heads when they drive by.
UNITED VALLEY BANK
This project involved constructing a 4,000-square-foot addition and completely remodeling an existing 5,000-square-foot facility for United Valley Bank all while meeting the owner’s goal of staying operational for the duration of the project. With a great deal of patience and collaboration from the owners, we were able to complete the addition, transition many of their services into the new space, and then remodel the existing facility. Bringing this project to the finish line was a true team effort between United Valley Bank, Icon Architectural Group, and Innes Construction.
BANK FORWARD
(Now UND Shared Service Center)
This building consisted of an 8,000 sqft footprint. The structure was a steel frame with metal studs and a brick and block veneer. The combination of different roof lines, metal panel parapets, and the incredible landscaping would make this building stand out in any location.
RURAL AMERICA BANK
(Now First Community Credit Union)
This 3,500 square foot bank was built from the ground up. It consists of a wood frames structure with a combination of both cement board siding and brick veneer and shows off a unique front hand framed cupula to highlight a big chandelier. The interior woodwork in this building brought out the best in all of our finish carpenters.
