COUNTRY INN & SUITES
The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is located just off I-29 in Grand Forks, ND. This 100 room hotel features a poll and kids’ water play area. It has meeting and gathering rooms that can accommodate up to 44 guests at a time in a theater-style setting. Innes Construction was brought on board very early on in the design phase and saw the project through until the door opened.
SPRINGHILL SUITES
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott is located within five minutes of any activity in the Grand Forks area. This Marriott hotel has 93 rooms, 24 hour fitness center, pool and hot tub, business library, breakfast area, and outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Innes Construction completed this project on a cost plus to the owners, on budget and on time.
FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES
The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is located right on Highway 2 in East Grand Forks, MN. This 67 room hotel represents East Grand Forks newest hotel. This hotel also has a pool and fitness room, along with a breakfast area to start the day. Innes Construction saw this project through from working with the city to get all of the necessary permits to get the project started, to working with owners to get the first guests in the building.
HAMPTON INN & SUITES
The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton is located just off I-29 in Grand Forks, ND This 97 room hotel is constructed with comfort in mind. With an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and meeting rooms, this hotel has it all. By utilizing a structural steel with hollow core concrete floor system, we are able to eliminate any noise transfer from floor to floor. Something all guests look for in a great stay. Innes Construction was brought in during the design phase, and completed the project on time and on budget.
